    Refund Policy

Final policy for subscriptions, plan purchases, lifetime credit packs, delivered digital services, cancellations, and payment disputes.

This is the active Refund Policy for Searchleads paid plans, renewals, upgrades, one-time credit purchases, and related billing activity. By completing a purchase, starting checkout, or continuing to use paid features, you agree to this policy.

    01

    All paid purchases are final

All Searchleads paid plan purchases, subscription renewals, plan upgrades, lifetime credit packs, and one-time credit purchases are final once purchased. Searchleads does not provide refunds, credits, prorated refunds, or partial refunds for partial use, unused time, unused credits, downgrades, cancellation during a billing period, dissatisfaction, campaign results, deliverability outcomes, or failure to use the service, except where required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.

    02

    No prorated or partial refunds

If you purchase a monthly, yearly, custom, or other paid plan and use only part of the plan, the charge remains non-refundable. There is no partial refund for an unused portion of the current billing period, a mid-cycle cancellation, a downgrade, a plan change, a paused account, a partially used subscription, or unused credits included with the plan.

    03

    Credits and delivered digital services

Searches, exports, API responses, AI-assisted workflows, enriched records, generated files, and other digital outputs are treated as delivered services once they are made available in the product, by download, by email, by integration, or through the API. Lifetime credits and other credit packs are non-refundable whether credits are used, unused, partially used, expired, suspended, or associated with a canceled account, except where required by law or where Searchleads confirms a duplicate charge or verified platform-side delivery failure.

    04

    Cancellations and access after cancellation

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not undo charges already incurred and does not create a refund, credit, prorated refund, or partial refund for the current paid period. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the already-paid period unless Searchleads suspends or terminates the account for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk, or policy violation.

    05

    Limited exceptions

Searchleads may issue a refund, service credit, or entitlement correction only where required by law, where Searchleads confirms a duplicate charge for the same purchase, or where Searchleads confirms a platform-side technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased digital service. Customer-side setup issues, third-party outages, temporary interruptions, changed business needs, poor campaign performance, deliverability results, or dissatisfaction with search results do not by themselves establish a refundable service failure.

    06

    Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you open a chargeback, bank dispute, or payment reversal, Searchleads may pause credit-consuming actions, preserve policy and usage evidence, place the account under review, and respond through the payment processor. While a charge remains disputed, Searchleads may delay or decline any separate refund request tied to the same payment to the extent processor or card-network rules restrict duplicate remedies. If a payment is reversed, refunded, or disputed, Searchleads may revoke related credits, access, entitlements, invoices, or account privileges.

    07

    Abuse, fraud, and policy violations

Refunds, credits, and continued access may be denied where Searchleads identifies abuse, fraud, credential sharing, billing evasion, chargeback misuse, data misuse, excessive risk, or violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Searchleads may retain billing, checkout, policy acceptance, IP, usage, export, and account records as evidence for dispute response, fraud prevention, compliance, and policy enforcement.
